One of the bereaved families helped by Robins raised a magnificent sum of £620 to be shared equally between Robins and Mary Stevens Hospice. Thank you to everyone that helped and donated, and a big well done to the family and our very best wishes.

There was an open day on the 19th January at Merry Hill shopping centre for prospective volunteers. Training is now underway for new volunteers.

A 'Winter Bash' was held for all families. Mainly just for fun, but also to prepare for the festive season.
First Annual General Meeting also held this month.

Round Oak Robins has been successful in its bid for funding from the Local Network Fund for Children and Young People. This has been achieved with the invaluable assistance of the Birmingham Foundation. The Midcounties Co-operative have also given an award to Round Oak Robins from the Co-operative Community Dividend Scheme.
