Round Oak Robins

One of the bereaved families helped by Robins raised a magnificent sum of £620 to be shared equally between Robins and Mary Stevens Hospice. Thank you to everyone that helped and donated, and a big well done to the family and our very best wishes.

There was an open day on the 19th January at Merry Hill shopping centre for prospective volunteers. Training is now underway for new volunteers.

Second workshop held at the Source and Bonded Warehouse

A fun day out for families was held by visiting "Conkers" - a great success

Bag packing at the Midlands Co-operative at Sedgley raised valuable funds.

Round Oak Robins has been successful in its bid for funding from the Local Network Fund for Children and Young People. This has been achieved with the invaluable assistance of the Birmingham Foundation.  The Midcounties Co-operative have also given an award to Round Oak Robins from the Co-operative Community Dividend Scheme.

First workshop held at The Source, Barnett Lane, Kingswinford and The Bonded Warehouse, Stourbridge

A grant was obtained via the Birmingham Foundation from the Local Network Fund.

Robins has been sucessful in obtaining a grant from the Brierley Hill Area Committee of Dudley Council.

Robins is now an officially registered charity.  The charity number is 1116145.
